Shipping information

We offer our customers fast and transparent shipping for physical and digital products. Below you will find all the important details regarding the shipping of our items.

Physical goods

Our physical items are shipped within Germany and to selected international regions. Shipping is handled by DHL, except for particularly bulky or heavy items, which are shipped via freight carrier.

• Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the item and are clearly visible in the shopping cart.

• Delivery time: DHL typically requires 3–5 business days to deliver the items. For deliveries by freight carrier, prior arrangement is necessary, and the delivery time will be agreed upon individually.

• Shipment tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery at any time.

• Return shipping costs: If an item is not as described, we will refund the shipping costs. In other cases, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

Digital products

Our digital products are available immediately after payment is received and can be downloaded directly.

• Delivery: After successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link, which you can use to download the digital product immediately.

• Tracking: Digital products cannot be physically tracked, but you will receive a notification of a successful download.

• Return policy: Should the digital product not meet your expectations or should you experience technical problems, please contact us. We are happy to offer support in such cases.
