You can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning the product to initiate the return process. We offer shipping throughout Germany. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the item and are displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping takes place within 3–5 business days after receipt of payment.
