Return policy
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning the product to initiate the return process. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Further information can be found in our general return policy.

Shipping information
We offer shipping throughout Germany. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the item and are displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping takes place within 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. For bulky or particularly heavy items, we offer freight shipping, which can take 5–7 days and will be arranged with the buyer in advance. We also offer international shipping upon request – please contact us directly for details.

Electrical and electronic devices must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers are legally obligated to take old devices to a suitable collection point. You can drop off your old devices free of charge at municipal collection points or recycling centers.

Old appliances containing hazardous substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin. You can also return such old appliances to us when you purchase a corresponding new product from us.

Please note: Before returning old devices, you must delete any personal data stored on them yourself.
